All facilities are carry-in, carry-out. The renter is responsible for trash and is obligated to leave the facility as it was found, including but not limited to repairs, damages and cleaning.  Renters are also responsible for securing the building by shutting and locking all windows and doors, as well as turning off all lights once the usage is over.

During winter months, return the heat to 60 degrees.

During warmer months, please turn OFF the AC.  

Special conditions for Alcohol Service at Wallingford Block, LLC: 

Alcohol may only be served for private events at Wallingford Block by a Vermont DLC (VT Department of Liquor Control) licensed caterer/server.  If alcohol will be furnished, supplied or served at your event, you are required to have such a licensed server/caterer serving the alcohol, in compliance with the laws of the State of Vermont.  There shall be no alcohol served if there is not a licensed caterer/server present to serve.  

If alcohol is to be served, you shall provide Wallingford Block, LLC with a copy of the licensed caterer/server’s license and liability insurance 48 hours in advance of your event.     

Release From Liability

I, the undersigned, hereby irrevocably & unconditionally release & hold harmless from liability Wallingford Block, LLC, its owners and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during or caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from my rental of space at the Wallingford Block, LLC.  

By accepting this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that my rental and use of the Wallingford Block, LLC is at my own risk, and that I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation on behalf of both myself and any people I invite to Wallingford Block, LLC for events (guests and/or recreational or business invitees). This waiver applies to any and all activities at the Wallingford Block, LLC.  

I understand that this Release from Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless all Releases from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that I as a renter, my guests or my invitees may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of using Wallingford Block, LLC.
